I had owned and operated an Aura frame for almost a year when it started to freeze during its slide show. I contacted Aura technical support who decided that this was a hardware problem and provided a replacement FOC. This is the replacement frame and is working fine so far.
bought this frame as a gift for my husband and he absolutely love it. it was a bit tricky to set up as it wasnt recognised portrait pictures when the frame was displayed landscape and was displaying pictures wrong way but finally managed to figure this out. its great to see different photos switching every 15 seconds. love it
Very difficult to set up. Still not working, although customer service have been helpful
So easy to set up for mum, then wrapped it all back up and sent. All mum needed to do was plug it in…
I'm never sure what is better, a product never going wrong or a product developing a fault but then getting looked after 100% by customer service who had me a new frame before the week was out. Absolutely love the frame, the quality is amazing. Unfortunately the frame developed a small black line down the left hand side and then after a few days everything to the left of the line started glitching. Customer service had me sent a new one in a matter of days and assisted me through the transfer and advised how to clear the old frame to be disposed off. Would recommend
